Process Notes:
Some have noted that my website doesn't include much personal or biographical information. In this world of online me, my art is not about me. This may be hard for some to understand but sometimes, after a drawing is completed, I feel like it is not mine or doesn’t belong to me. It is something separate with a life of its own.
In my opinion, many artists out there create works that all look the same. While some of my works look similar, in the end, my number one goal is for my artwork not to look all the same when taken as a whole. After that, I like to get emotion, movement, or depth involved—if not all three, at least one.
DENNY E. MARSHALL has had art, poetry, and fiction published. Some recent credits include cover art for Dreams & Nightmares #116 Sept. 2020 and poetry in Scifaikuest August 2020.
